Air Shower Description
The newest air shower's feature is vertical flow that the air come
out from the top and then return from the bottom.
The clean high speed wind that come out from the top blow off the
dust on body by the gravity.
It won’t produce the whirlpool to insure the remarkable effect of
air shower in deep degree.
However, for the traditional Air Shower cause whirlpool easily by
irregular airflow.
And the dust isn't easy to take out immediately. It causes the dust
rise up again.
When the door is opening, it is easy to bring the dust to the clean
room.
It makes a bad effect to the environment of clean room.
Air Shower Features
1. High velocity shower jets in excess of 24 m/s ensure efficient
scrubbing action to remove particulate matter.
2.Vertical airflow feature removes residual particulate
contamination in chamber.
3. Operating modes can be programmed in the field.
4. Microprocessor controller supervises all functions.
5. Mini-pleated ULPA filtration achieves >99.999% typical
efficiency for particle size between 0.1 to 0.3 microns.
6. A disposable pre-filter with 85% arrestance extends the life of
the main filter.
7. An emergency stop button is mounted on both sides of the shower.
8. Indicator lights mounted on both sides of the air shower
exterior regulate traffic flow in and out of the cleanroom.
9. Permanently lubricated direct drive centrifugal blowers are used
in conjunction with stainless steel air nozzles.
10. Vertical Airflow System continues to purge the chamber of any
remaining particulates following the high velocity air cycle.

All of equipment will be individually tested for safety and
performance in accordance with international Standards before
shipment. Each unit is shipped with a documentation outlining the
tests undertaken and the units individual results for each unit.

Warranty:
The warranty of our equipment is for 1 year, but excluding
consumable parts and accessories.
