particulate contamination from personnel entering clean rooms and
sterile rooms.
Your Air Shower Tunnel can be designed to suit your facility and
placed either side-by-side or end-to-end.

pharmaceutical, parental drug,
microelectronic, aerospace, precision manufacturing, and like
applications.
All Air Showers and Air Shower Tunnels are warrantied for a period
of one year from the date of delivery.
Cargo Air Shower Tunnel for clean room is a kind of partial clean equipment with rather
strong universality and is installed at the partition between the
clean and non-clean rooms.
Its used for the personnel or matters to shower before entering the
clean area. After using it, the dust could effectively be reduced
to enter the clean area and maintain the normal working status.
Blowing type: single-side blowing, double-side blowing, three-side
blowing.
Features:
1. The control system run automatically by photoelectric sensor,
the two door are electric interlocked.
(One door in open state, the other door must in close state. When
people enter air shower, the system will
shower automatically by photoelectric sensor)
2. Air shower time from 1 to 99 seconds which can be adjustable

4. The door, bottom-board, nozzles are used of stainless steel,
good appearance.
5. When air shower is used to pass cargo, it is without
bottom-board.

Our air showers allow the operator flexibility to program numerous
settings using an easy-to-use touch-screen control panel. You can
easily set cycle operation times, entrance/exit delays, when the
lights turn off/on, and more.
Testing in factory:
All of equipment will be individually tested for safety and
performance in accordance with international Standards before
shipment.
Each unit is shipped with a documentation outlining the tests
undertaken and the units individual results for each unit.

Warranty:
The warranty of our equipment is for 1 year, but excluding
consumable parts and accessories.
