The cleanroom air shower serves to protect your cleanroom environment from unwanted contamination.

The clean garments become contaminated during the gowning/ungowning process, and because of high traffic in the gowning area.

The contamination problem is amplified when the same garment is worn several times or is taken on and off numberous times during the day.

The air shower is a fast and effective method of removing this surface contamination which will otherwise be carried directly to your cleanroom.

The cleanroom air shower is constructed using heavy gage painted steel (no particle board) to minimize particle generation.

The air shower provides air flow of approximatgely 1900 CFM through 32 adjustable nozzles yielding a 7800 LFPM nozzle air velocity with optional 9100 nozzle velocities.

The air shower has a knock-down design that allows ease-of-installation and flexibility in use.

The air shower can be shipped knowcked down or completely assembled. When it is shipped knock-down all parts fit through a standard door.

All service to the blower, motor and filters is done from inside the air shower.

The unit also offers an optional design that allows all the installation assembly to be done from inside the air shower.

Air Shower Specifications

Filter: Twelve inch HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) type, PSL challenged, zero probed. Minimum efficiency of 99.99% at .3 microns.

Pre-filter: One inch bonded polyfiber media minimizes surface-loading. Low wall return to HEPA filter atop unit. Quick release grille.

Blowing type: single-side blowing, double-side blowing, three-side blowing.

Operation Instruction

1.Put air shower on the correct location, connect the power wires of air shower with the power wires,

There are FIVE lines: 3*Live line, 1*Null line and 1*Earth line. The power supply is AC380V/50HZ/3 phases.

2. In order to make sure air shower to work normally and the cleanliness of workshop, please kindly use air shower according to the following correct method.

2.1 Please check if there are any people in air shower before you enter it. When air shower is working entrance door and exit door are electronic interlocked, it is forbidden to open the door at this moment.

2.2 Put hand toward to Open switch, the entrance sliding door will open , enter air shower, then entrance sliding door will be close automatically, photoelectric sensor is reacted by people or goods, blower fan will be

blowing automatically (The air shower time is set 15seconds at factory, it is forbidden to change the air shower time during blowing), after blowing, exit sliding door open automatically, go out air shower,

then exit sliding door will be close automatically.

Our air showers allow the operator flexibility to program numerous settings using an easy-to-use touch-screen control panel. You can easily set cycle operation times, entrance/exit delays, when the lights turn off/on, and more.

Testing in factory:

All of equipment will be individually tested for safety and performance in accordance with international Standards before shipment.

Each unit is shipped with a documentation outlining the tests undertaken and the units individual results for each unit.

Warranty:
