Air shower is assembled with cabinets, roof, base, doors, electric
locks, door closers, door sensers, photoelectric sensors, blower
fans, HEPA filters, pre filters,nozzles, IC control panels, PCB
board and other parts. Two doors are interlocked, one is open,
other is closed, when people go into air shower, and close the
doors, the photoelectric sensor is infrated by person, the fan is
working, return air from primary filter into fan, then it is blowed
through HEPA filter, high airflow go through smal diameter of
nozzles , wind speed 22m/s from nozzles, which will blowing the
dust from persons, after blowing, open the exit door, person enter
clean room, thus avoiding to people take dust into cleanroom, keep
cleanliness of clean room.
According to the blowing method, the air shower room can be divided
into: top air shower room, single-side blowing air shower room for
one person, double-side blowing air shower room for 2
persons,Three-side blowing air shower room for one person,
double-side blowing air shower room for 2 persons, Double-side
blowing air shower room for multi-persons, L type air shower room,
According to the material of the casing:the air shower room can be
divided into: stainless steel air shower, powder coated steel air
shower.
According to the degree of automation, the air shower can be
divided into: intelligent voice air shower, automatic door air
shower, explosion-proof air shower, fast rolling door air shower
Air shower room can be divided according to different

Features:
The two doors of the automatic air shower are electronically
interlocked and can function as an air lock chamber to prevent
external pollution and unpurified air from entering the clean area.

Description:
Cleanroom air shower is a kind of partial purifying equipment of
strong universality.
With novel structure, beautiful appearance, reliable running, low
consumption, energy saving and convenient maintenance,
it is widely used in electron, machinery, medicine, foodstuff,
color packing, brewage, biological engineering and other industry
and scientific research fields.
It is usually installed between clean room and unclean room. When
people and goods enter into clean room, they have to be blown at
first.
The blown clean air can get rid of dust bough by people and goods
and can effectively prevent dust source from entering into clean
area.
Principle
The air inside of air shower is firstly filtered under the action
of fan and enters into static pressure tank.
After filtered with high-efficiency air filter, clean air is jet
out at high speed from the nozzle of air shower.
The nozzle angel is adjustable. It can effectively blow out dust
attached on people and goods’ surface.
The blown dust enters into primary-efficiency air filter again,
circulating so and reaching to the aim of air shower.

performance in accordance with international Standards before
shipment. Each unit is shipped with a documentation outlining the

Warranty:
The warranty of our equipment is for 1 year, but excluding
consumable parts and accessories.
